Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during promotional periods or high-demand seasons.

 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

 

Domestic Shipping (within The Netherlands]):

– Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

 

International Shipping:

– Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4-21 business days.

 

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective countries.

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number and the carrier’s website.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Concrete Vault is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

 

Address Changes:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. In the event that you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate address change requests if the order has not yet been shipped.

 

Returns Due to Shipping Issues:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the order.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return/exchange?

  1. Before you send us an email, make sure your return meets our return criteria 
  2. Download our return form on the end of this page. Make sure you fill in all information. A return without this form cannot be processed.
  3. When registering a return shipment to our customer service (concrete@sinmerchandise.nl) you automatically indicate that you have agreed to these return conditions.
  4. When you read the return form with further instructions, you can return the package to the department mentioned on the form.
  5. If you want to change size, fill it in on the form. Consider that most products are limited so when the product is sold out we can’t change sizes. We will contact you if there is no product in your desired size available. 
  6. Ship your return within 14 days.

 

Return

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Return products which arrive later than 14 days after receiving at our warehouse will automatically be rejected and will be send back to the customer. So please ship immediately after registering the return.

Criteria:
All items must be returned in original condition.
Clothing condition; unwashed and unworn.
All items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags
Add the orders Invoice, otherwise we can’t refund.

Free gifts or promotional items don’t have to be returned

Charges for return

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

 

Refund

We ship for free in The Netherlands, if the order amount is above a specific amount. However, we will still charge the shipping costs we made from the total refund amount once a package is returned for a refund. Normally it’s €6,95 in the Netherlands.

We recommend to send your return with a tracking code to avoid any lost item. 

We are not responsible for any missing returned parcels. 

Processing time takes up to 10 days after receiving. We’ll contact you after receiving and refund the product costs excluding our costs made for shipments.

Original shipping charges will not be included in the refund.

You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
